9:50-10:50 AM: Steve Byrum, Ph.D., President of the Byrum Consulting Group and President of the RSHI. "The Adrian van Kamm Student Papers and Hartman's Early Axiological Formulations." Intriguing moments in the development of the entire I, E, and S schematic.

11:00-Noon: Ted Richards, Ph.D. Lecturer, Philosophy Dept. University of Tennessee. "A Conceptual Reconstruction of Hartman's Axiology." Starting with the Axiom of Formal Axiology, Ted will analyze the nature of value so defined, cover how the 3 types of value arise and the relationship between them, then discuss the avoidance of Moore's naturalistic fallacy, 3 types of error in valuation, and Hartman's epistemological proof for the infinite value of human beings.

1:30:-2:30 PM: Chetan Malik, MD, Department of Rehabilitative Medicine, University at Buffalo, NY. "Theoretical Construct for Quantifying Disability Based on the Theory of Thermodynamics." Chetan's aim is to use the three laws of thermodynamics to create an equation that can be used to describe a disabled individual (equivalent to a complex system) and his or her interaction with the environment. The external and internal axiological extrinsic enters this equation for function and disability, and the solution of this equation provides a quantifiable measure of disability.
2:30-3:20 PM: David Mefford, Ph.D., Chairman, AXCES-Axiology Corp. "The Axiological Dialectic." This will be a formal template for any educational, coaching, or counseling program.

3:30-4:30: Gilberto Carrasco, Technological University Emiliano Zapata, State of Morelos, Mexico and Vice President of our Iberoamerican Branch in Mexico. "Formal Axiology in the Systems of Quality based on the ISO 9000:2000 Standard." Axio-orientation as a medium to facilitate self-realization, labor competency, and organizational excellence applied to the context of a university.
4:30-5:00 PM: Elsa Martinez Ortiz, Professor, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, "Intrinsic Value and Valuation," An approach to Hartman's position through psychoanalysis, Heidegger and Sartre's existentialism, and others.

5:10-6:10 PM: AXIOLOGICAL METHODOLOGY PANEL: "Formal and/or Empirical Validation." Panel members include Art Ellis, David Mefford, Wayne Carpenter, Mark Moore, and Leon Pomeroy, who will lead a lively and interactive discussion regarding validations.

10:00-11:10 AM: Darlene Clark, President, Value Partners, and Abby VanDuivendyk, a Volunteer at Memorial Hermann's Wellness Center. "Enhancing Meaningful Employment Opportunities for People with Intellectual and/or Development Challenges." Darlene and Abby utilized the HVP Pictorial Form with the subjects of this study

11:20-12:20 PM: Mark A. Moore, Ph.D. "Reconciliation and Statistical Study of Various HVPs." A report on research involving Schildt, Smith, and Hartman versions of the profile, including statistics and ideas for modifying calculations to provide a more robust understanding. Since Mark is unable to attend, this may be presented by Christian Kaijser from Sweden.

2:20-3:10 PM: Robert Short, Software Architect, "QAABA: The Axiological Database Software System." A revolutionary breakthrough toward an interactive artificial intelligence system, with David & Vera Mefford assisting.

3:20-4:20 PM: Ron Price, President, Price-Associates. "The Strategic Direction of Formal Axiology. " Ron will facilitate a discussion about the Institute's past achievements, the vision (and obstacles) of integrating formal axiology into every organization, and strategic priorities toward fulfilling this vision.
4:20-5:30 PM: CONSULTANTS PANEL: All business and psychological consultants are invited to participate in this informal, round circle, interactive panel which will focus on learning experiences over the past year, new axiological applications, insights, or innovations, and any other subject of value that consultants may wish to share with the group.
