JAY NIBLICK

Jay is founder and President of Innermetrix, Inc (Knoxville, Tenn.), a human performance profile company that develops and sells customized personal profiles based on formal Axiology. Currently, Innermetrix has over 800 certified distributors selling its profiles in over 12 countries and is currently the largest single producer of axiologically based profiles in the world.
In addition to sitting on the Board of Directors, Jay is also a "Distributor in Good Standing" at the Robert S. Hartman Institute, as well as co-chair of the membership committee and Advisor to the Board of Directors.
Jay is also a co-founder and the Chief Science Officer of InnerTalent Corporation (San Diego, Ca.), a subscription-based online virtual development site, and co-founder of the start-up company Knowflake, Inc. (Phoenix, Az.), which is an online market analysis company using profiles to gather hard to acquire demographic-specific marketing data.
Prior to his professional career in consulting, Jay served as a search and rescue swimmer for the United States Navy, and a combat medic with a U.S. Marine Corp expeditionary unit in Desert Storm. Following a successful surgical consultant profession with Johnson & Johnson, where he acted as Major Account Executive for the Mayo clinic and Duke University, Jay held the position of Vice President for a management consulting firm in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Jay graduated summa cum laude from Tusculum College with a B.S and M.S in Organizational Management and lives in Knoxville, Tennessee with his wife and three sons.
