Judeth Tamar Newham
Judeth Newham is a partner in Southern Cross Group which has special interest in Board relations, communications and planning. She previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Holland Community Hospital and still serves as a transition advisor to the Board and leadership team.
Her interest in the Hartman profile relates to its proven utility in group settings and to a general interest in further cross cultural validation.
Judeth has had thirty years of health care experience. Since graduating from Royal Canberra Hospital, she has worked in a variety of clinical settings and leadership roles. She has served on the Board for of a variety of organizations, including the National Task Force which established the Martin Luther King holiday observance. In addition, she has serves as a member of the board of First Michigan Bank and in leadership roles on the Boards of Priority Health, the Michigan Health and Hospital Association and the Michigan Organization of Nurse Executives.

3 Chair of the Healthy Michigan Foundation
4 Advisor to the Honduran National Hospital Association
5 Vice-Chair of the Macatawa Area Coordinating Council.
6 Chair of the Community Action House.
Judeth has presented nationally and internationally on topics of quality, planning and policy development. She is a past winner of the Athena Award and has been honored by Sigma Theta Tau for nursing excellence.
She volunteers her time in the community and at the state level and is very acquainted with the human issues related to delivery, policy and access to care.
