To be listed as a "Consultant in Good Standing," Consultants must fulfill two conditions. (1) They must be dues-paying members of the Robert S. Hartman Institute, and (2) they must pay royalties to the Institute for using the Hartman Value Profile or some Parallel Form of it. Relevant details are:

1. Beginning in 2007, membership dues and royalties for using the HVP for the previous year must be paid in January in each year. If your royalties for using some version of the HVP are being paid by a DISTRIBUTOR, you must notify the Secretary/Treasurer at the time that you pay your annual dues in January.
2. Beginning in 2007, any Member or Consultant who has not paid dues and royalties by March 31 each year will be removed from our "Membership Directory" and "Consultants in Good Standing" pages on April 1 each year. They will be reinstated when they pay up.
3. Each person listed on our "Consultants in Good Standing" page must pay a minimum royalty of $25.00 per year, or have it paid for them by a Distributor, and so indicate to the Secretary/Treasurer in January of each year.
