Adina Borta

Adina Borta holds a degree in Mathematics (1993) from ‘’Al.I. Cuza” University of Iasi, Romania and a BA in Psychology (2002) from Babes-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Adina had taught Mathematics in traditional and progressive schools in Romania and UK for seven years before switching to adult learning and development in organizations and the business environment. Being passionate herself about learning, she continued her personal and professional development by pursuing several Psychotherapy and Coaching training programs.

After seven years of Human Resources activity and Executive Search projects, Adina made another significant move in 2009. She started to work as an independent consultant in evaluating people’s talents, facilitating individual development and stimulating performance. In 2011 Adina started to study the value theory of Robert S. Hartman and has used the Hartman Value Profile in her work ever since. She works with people in private practice as well as in business organizations, educational, and non-profit organizations.

Adina is a member of the Association for Clinical Hypnosis, Relaxation and Ericksonian Psychotherapy, and a member of SOL World – Solution Focused Practice in Organizations. Currently she is pursuing a training program for supervision in psychotherapy.

B    Besides disseminating the theory and applications of scientific axiology, Adina’s main interests are related to:

  • supporting individuals, groups, and organizations in making better use of their existing capabilities, talents, and resources and further developing them for living a fulfilling life
  • developing skills, attitudes, and overall capability and aligning them with their values
  • unblocking creativity, and developing responsibility and passion as a way of working and living
  • increasing the quality of relationships, and the level of understanding and care
  • expanding awareness of the relationships between individual choices and the larger systems to which we belong.

Adina finds great joy in her work, in spending time with friends, in nature, and in reading.
