This year’s conference will be at Hotel Indigo Irving – Las Colinas, an elegant boutique hotel ten minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport, within the Las Colinas neighborhood of Irving, Texas.
The hotel's dining options include Kleo Restaurant, Bar, and Pool Garden, which specializes in Modern Mediterranean cuisine, and La Serie Lobby Café, which offers coffee, pastries, and light meals.
Hotel amenities comprise an outdoor heated infinity pool, a fitness center, tranquil green spaces, lakeside running paths, and gondola excursions on Lake Carolyn.

Wednesday, Oct 22 (Evening): Informal pre-conference networking in the hotel lobby bar.
Thursday, Oct 23 (8:30 AM – 7:00 PM): Day 1 sessions and evening reception.
Friday, Oct 24 (8:30 AM – 3:00 PM): Day 2 sessions and optional post-conference socializing.
Please plan your travel accordingly to stay for the entirety of Friday to respect our speakers.

Early Bird (through June 30): $300 for members / $400 for non-members.
Standard (July 1 – Oct 15): $400 for members / $500 for non-members.
Registration includes access to all sessions, keynote speeches, breakout sessions, networking events, conference materials, lunch and refreshments on both days, and the signature evening reception.

Cancellations made on or before September 22, 2025, are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after September 23, 2025.

We are seeking sessions that incorporate the theme “Curiosity as a Catalyst for Good.” Sessions can be presentations, panel discussions, case studies, or workshops. Please review our Speaker Guidelines before applying. All speakers and their guests must register for the event.
