This year’s conference will be at Hotel Indigo Irving – Las Colinas, an elegant boutique hotel ten minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport, within the Las Colinas neighborhood of Irving, Texas.

The hotel's dining options include Kleo Restaurant, Bar, and Pool Garden, which specializes in Modern Mediterranean cuisine, and La Serie Lobby Café, which offers coffee, pastries, and light meals.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made on or before September 22, 2025, are eligible for a full registration refund. No refunds of any kind will be issued for cancellations made on or after September 23, 2025.
