The 50th Annual Conference will be held at The Kimpton Brice Hotel in Savannah, Georgia, located in the city’s Historic District just steps from River Street and Savannah’s iconic squares.

The hotel’s dining options include Pacci Italian Kitchen + Bar, which serves Italian-inspired cuisine for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, along with a poolside terrace offering cocktails and light fare.

Hotel amenities comprise an outdoor pool with lounge seating, a fitness center, a secluded garden courtyard, complimentary cruiser bikes, concierge services, and pet-friendly accommodations.

  • The conference will be held October 7–9, 2026, at Kimpton Brice in Savannah.

  • Wednesday, Oct 7 (Evening): Informal pre-conference networking

    Thursday, Oct 8 (8:30 AM – 7:00 PM): Day 1 sessions and evening reception.

    Friday, Oct 9 (8:30 AM – 3:00 PM): Day 2 sessions and optional post-conference socializing. 

    Please plan your travel accordingly to stay for the entirety of Friday to respect our speakers.

  • Early Bird (through June 30): $300 for members / $400 for non-members.

    Standard (July 1 – Oct 15): $400 for members / $500 for non-members.

    Registration includes access to all sessions, keynote speeches, breakout sessions, networking events, conference materials, lunch and refreshments on both days, and the signature evening reception.

  • Cancellations made on or before September 15, 2025, are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after September 16, 2025.

  • We are seeking sessions that can be presentations, panel discussions, case studies, or workshops. Please review our Speaker Guidelines before applying. All speakers and their guests must register for the event.
