There have been a plethora of psychometric measurements used over the years in an endeavor to accurately create “Best Fit” for job, sport, board membership, relationship, further education etc. These instruments have generally been in one of the following categories: intelligence (IQ), emotional balance, and personality.

However none have focused exclusively on the measurement of a person’s value systems and the predictive capability of such measurements in determining the judgments people make and ultimately the critical decisions they make in their personal and working lives. These values are the drivers of one’s daily attitudes, motivations, and behaviors in all that we do.
